There is something in the un-told story of someone's life. The chapter that has not yet been completed. The missing piece of the puzzle. This is known as the un-lived life. Are you ready to discover YOUR un-lived life and the secrets it holds within? 

What's my Story?

I have walked in the shoes of the un-lived life. It is why I chose to focus on this for other high performers. 
In 2019, I was in a 9 to 5 job as a counselor entering my 11th year, and I felt drained. I felt that there was so much more to my life. That was when I began my journey. 
I obtained my coaching certification, specializing in performance and mindset. I gained clarity and realized that I wanted to do this full time. 
Leaving the 9 to 5 job was the beginning step I took into living my un-lived life. I gained success as a coach, my business was thriving, people were coming to me and I didn't have to worry. But I still felt like something was missing from my life. My personal fulfillment was mis-aligned with my professional success. 
I developed a strategy for my own mindset and becoming fully aligned with my personal self has led to more and more professional success. In this space, I have been able to truly live my life in the way I have always hoped. My un-lived life has become the life I live! 
This method I fine tuned with many of my clients over the years ultimately developing the perfect framework for guiding my clients to their un-lived lives utilizing the Six Pillars of Restructuring the Mind.

As high performers we live a full life. We love what we do (or we should) and we are successful in that world. BUT we are often "stuck" in a mindset that something is missing. That there is a piece of us that isn't fulfilled or complete. This is the un-lived part of our lives that is yearning to break free. But as stated above there is resistance between the life we have and the life we desire. 
Through the use of my six pillar frame work, Restructuring the Mind, we define what that resistance is for you so you can begin to live your un-lived life, take ownership of how your story progresses from this point forward and align the success of your professional life to the fulfillment of your personal one.

Stress is something that exists in our world on a daily basis. There are days where stress is manageable and we can function as normal but then there are days where it becomes overwhelming and we can't function. However, what if the overwhelming days never occurred? What if we could plan through them? This is where we give you complete control over your stress and develop a plan to maintain that control.

There is a definitive gap between the life that we are living and the un-lived life. That gap is created by a resistance in our life to pursue the un-lived life. It is here that we explore that resistance, what is causing it, overcoming it and ultimately getting you to take those first crucial steps towards claiming your un-lived life.

In this pillar we break down those insecurities; not to highlight them but to show you that where you are the most insecure can be your strongest trait.
